Urgent Call to Defeat PA Bill SB525 – Limiting (Right to Know) RTK Requests

Very Important – BUT DANGEROUS – Pennsylvania Senate Bill – Which, if enacted, would greatly reduce or possibly eliminate citizens from getting needed information from various PA Government Agencies – Including School Boards – and thus allowing these Pa Government Agencies to HIDE VALUABLE INFORMATION FROM WE the PEOPLE.

As with so many so-called laws, this Bill if enacted, would allow non-elected Pennsylvania Bureaucrats to make “legal” decisions as to what YOUR RIGHTS are as PENNSYLVANIANS and AMERICAN CITIZENS.

If this doesn’t, it certainly should be a VIOLATION of Pennsylvania’s as well as the Constitution United States of America.

FYI, ANOTHER UN-CONSTITUTIONAL PA SENATE BILL, SB421 in 2019, WHICH WAS ENACTED AS ACT 77 AND CREATED, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE NO EXCUSE MAIL-IN BALLOTS WHICH HAS ALLOWED FOR MASSIVE CORRUPTION AND FRAUD TO BE PERPETRATED UPON LEGAL PENNSYLVANIAN REGISTERED VOTERS AND HAS DESTROYED THE VALIDITY OF PENNSYLVANIA ELECTIONS EVER SINCE IT WAS ENACTED IN 2019.

FYI: The Democrat-led Avon Grove School Board is pushing for this Bill’s passage so they would not have to answer citizen requests for data the board is trying to hide from parents and other concerned citizens.

So, this Bill is certainly one which needs to be defeated.

To protect your rights as Pennsylvanians and United States Citizens, immediately contact your PA State Representatives and State Senators and tell them that they need to VOTE NO on PA BILL SB525

When the government tries to keep the public in the dark, it’s a red flag.

We’ve suffered far too long at the hands of officials who prioritize their personal interests over the very people who pay their salaries. Now, a dangerous bipartisan bill introduced by State Senator Chris Dush threatens to do just that—strip the public of its right to government transparency.

We Must Stop This Bill From Passing Next Week!
