Article III, Section 5, "A county or regional committee that fails to hold a regular meeting in any four-month period shall cease to be in good standing." and again, to the best of my knowledge, they should be considered no longer a county party due to violating the LPPA bylaws from Article III, Section 5, which states "County or regional committees must file quarterly reports with the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania secretary in each calendar year documenting any meetings or activity of the committee and must include annually the identity and contact information of the committee officers." "Failure to submit four consecutive quarterly reports will result in the automatic dissolution of the committee."
